The 356x welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit and has a specific rollover requirement indicated on the promotion page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per CPF.
Rollover is the number of times you need to wager the bonus amount (or deposit+bonus, depending on the promotion) before the converted balance can be withdrawn. Practical examples:
Any behavior identified as bonus abuse — including betting on multiple sides of the same event to cover outcomes ("hedging"), using multiple accounts, or exploiting odds errors — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account closure. Real deposited balances are not affected.
The 356x VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression is based on accumulated points (1 point for every R$ 10.00 wagered). Benefits include weekly cashback in real money (no rollover), enhanced odds, and a dedicated account manager. 356x reserves the right to adjust VIP Program benefits with 30 days' prior notice to active members.
A bet is considered valid only after the electronic confirmation displayed on screen and the record in the account's bet history. Connection issues during the confirmation process do not constitute a valid bet — always check your history before considering a bet confirmed.
356x reserves the right to cancel or correct bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (system errors, typos, or odds that are obviously out of market). The user will be notified and the staked amount will be fully refunded. This right is exercised only in cases of evident error — not to adjust odds that simply changed after a bet was placed.
If an event is definitively cancelled, all bets on it will be refunded. If it is postponed to a different date, bets are also refunded — unless the new time falls within 24 hours of the originally published start time. In parlay bets that include a cancelled event, that selection is settled at odds of 1.00 (neutral) and the remainder of the bet stays valid.
Live bets are subject to cancellation if placed after the event outcome has already occurred but before the platform updates — known as "late betting". Cashout is available on most live and pre-game bets; the offered value is calculated in real time and may vary. Once confirmed, a cashout is irreversible.
356x may set betting limits per event, market, or account. These limits can vary by sport, competition, and market type. VIP members may have different limits depending on their program tier.
All 356x casino games — slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, video poker, and more — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by an independent laboratory. The RTP (return to player) for each game is displayed on the game's info screen. 356x does not manipulate results in certified games.
The live casino features real human dealers streamed via live video by our partner providers. The specific rules for each live game (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows) are displayed on screen before and during play. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game, the round in progress is voided and the wagered amount is refunded.
The 356x poker room is an environment for real human players. If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 356x will review the account balance. Any real-money balance (not tied to irregular bonuses or winnings obtained through fraud) will be returned to the account holder after verification. Bonus balances and irregularly obtained winnings will be voided.
You may request account closure at any time through support. Once requested, access is blocked and any withdrawable balance is transferred to the verified payment method within up to 5 business days.
